Our primary care providers serve as your central resource for all of your healthcare needs. They offer preventive services to help you stay healthy, and provide focused care when you don’t feel your best.
At Northbay Health’s Napa primary care location, we offer a wide range of medical services for patients ages 5 and older, including:
- Preventive care, such as screenings and annual physicals
- Care for minor illnesses and injuries, such as infections, sprains and rashes
- Ongoing care for chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension and asthma
- Immunizations for children and adults
- Physicals for sports, work and camp participation
Our providers can also order lab work, imaging tests and diagnostic testing when needed.

Meet the Napa Care Team

Our Napa location is led by Michael Novak, M.D., who brings more than 20 years of family medicine expertise to the clinic. Dr. Novak believes in getting to know every patient throughout the continuum of care to form a partnership where health goals and plans are developed together.
