Visitor Guidelines
Mandatory Masking
Northbay Health Hospitals are implementing mandatory masking for all visitors during this period of heightened COVID, seasonal flu and respiratory illness. Thank you for abiding by this added safety measure.
Support persons and visitors who are ill are to refrain from entering any Northbay location, including the Emergency Department waiting rooms, except when visiting end-of-life patients.
All visitors must check in at the front desk or security podium of our hospitals and obtain a visitor badge. Photo Identification will be checked.
Hospitals (Northbay Health Medical Center & Northbay Health VacaValley Hospital): Our hospital visitation hours are 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily. Our Labor and Delivery/Mother Baby department welcomes up to five visitors at a time, while NICU welcomes two designated support persons at the same time.
Clinics, Outpatient Areas & Surgery Center in Vacaville: We recommend masking for our clinics. There are a few locations whose vulnerable patient population or space limitations where masking is still in effect. Please confirm when scheduling your visit.
