Scott Reynolds

Scott Reynolds serves as Chair of the Northbay Health Foundation Board of Directors, bringing extensive legal expertise in estate planning, corporate law, and tax matters. A managing partner of Reynolds Law LLP, Scott is a certified specialist in probate, estate planning, and trust law by the California Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer in business law for 15 years.

Deeply involved in civic and economic development, Scott served in leadership roles on numerous boards, including the Solano Economic Development Corporation, Opportunity House, Vacaville Rotary Club, Travis Regional Armed Forces Committee, and multiple local chambers of commerce. His longstanding commitment to strengthening Solano County aligns closely with Northbay Health’s mission.

He earned his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Biology from Stanford University.
