Sandy Person, Vice Chair

Sandy Person is a member of both the Northbay Health Foundation and Northbay Health Solano Community Boards of Directors, bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience in economic development and community advocacy.

She is also the Executive Director of the Travis Community Consortium, where she leads regional initiatives supporting Travis Air Force Base and advancing industry partnerships. Sandy previously served as President and CEO of the Solano Economic Development Corporation, where she spent over 25 years driving countywide business growth and investment. An active member in her community, she is an Air and Space Force Civic Leader and a founding member of the California Defense Communities Alliance. She also serves on the boards of Visit Vacaville and the Rowland Freedom Center.

Honored as Fairfield-Suisun Citizen of the Year and California Woman of the Year, Sandy’s career reflects her deep commitment to strengthening Solano County’s economy, resilience and quality of life.
