Jefferey Breneisen, MD

Jeffrey Breneisen, MD, serves as a member of the Northbay Health Foundation Board of Directors, bringing more than two decades of clinical experience and military service to his role.

A board-certified cardiologist, he joined Northbay Health in 2003 after serving in the United States Air Force. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to advancing high-quality, compassionate cardiac care for patients in Solano County. His service on the Foundation Board reflects his commitment to strengthening Northbay Health’s mission and supporting the continued growth of healthcare services for the community.

Dr. Breneisen completed his fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine at Naval Medical Center San Diego and his internal medicine residency at David Grant Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
