Denise Suihkonen

Denise Suihkonen serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the Northbay Health Solano Community Board of Directors, bringing extensive expertise in accounting, finance and business leadership. A licensed CPA since 1984, she has more than 40 years of experience in public accounting and has led Suihkonen CPAs and Consultants LLP, since founding the firm in 1997. Denise also serves as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Executive Vice President of Sierra Investment Partners Inc., an institutional investment firm.

Deeply engaged in her community, Denise has served as treasurer for numerous Vacaville nonprofits, including Soroptimist International, Vacaville Ballet, and the Police Activities League, and previously chaired the Solano Bank board. A recipient of Westamerica Bank’s Spirit of Solano Award, she is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Denise earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
