Archie Humphrey

Archie L. Humphrey serves as a member of the Northbay Health Corporation Board of Directors, bringing over four decades of leadership experience in business operations, corporate governance, and community service. He spent 25 years with Recology Inc., rising to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and later served as an Environmental Industry Consultant and Principal with Intelliwaste Inc. and Community Waste Resources LLC. Earlier in his career, he held management roles with Basic Vegetable Products in Vacaville.

As an active community leader, he has served on numerous boards, including the Solano Economic Development Corporation, the Solano Affordable Housing Foundation, and the Vacaville Museum Foundation. A Northbay board member since 1990, Archie remains dedicated to advancing healthcare and enhancing quality of life across Solano County.

Archie earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, and completed the Executive Management Program at the University of California, Davis.
